MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: May 5, 2014
Present: John Makuc, Robert Annelli, Stephen Enoch and Peter Kolodziej
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The minutes from 4/7/14 were approved.
2. Letter from YES (Youth Enrichment Services) stating that after reviewing the DPH minimum standards for recreational camps for children (105 CMR 430.000), it is their opinion that the summer programming YES provides at Swann Lodge does not fall under the definition for licensing. They will however apply for the necessary food service permits.
3. John is going to follow up with the Town Clerk on handling burial permits.
4. The Board will meet next on May 19th at 4pm.
